This Privacy Policy explains how Hongkong Oaky Technology limited handles information when you use AI Guard, an intelligent security and cleanup tool for supported mobile devices.

Introduction
By downloading, accessing, or using AI Guard (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will apply when it is made available in the App, on this page, or through another reasonable notice method.
1. Information We May Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We may collect information that you choose to send to us, including:
- Email address, name, or other contact details included in support requests
- Feedback, problem reports, screenshots, messages, or other information you submit voluntarily
- Information needed to respond to customer service, legal, or account-related inquiries
1.2 Technical and Usage Information
When you use the App, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as:
- Device model, device language, operating system version, app version, region settings, and general device status
- App launches, screens viewed, feature interactions, subscription events, ad events, and similar usage activity
- Crash reports, performance logs, diagnostics, error states, and stability information
- Advertising identifiers or similar identifiers, where permitted by your settings and applicable platform rules
1.3 Permission-Based Information
Certain features need permission from your device. Depending on your choices and the App version, permissions may include Photos, files, location, notifications, tracking permission, and related system access.
2. Photos, Videos, Files, and Cleanup Analysis
AI Guard provides smart cleanup, storage review, and security utility features. To perform these features, the App may scan or analyze photos, videos, files, metadata, and other device content that you permit it to access.
- The App may identify duplicate photos, similar images, large videos, old files, screenshots, or other content that may be suitable for review.
- We do not create a cloud backup of your private photos, videos, or files for cleanup purposes.
- Media content is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles.
- Deletion, cleanup, compression, or modification actions occur only after you confirm the relevant action in the App or through the operating system.
- Limited metadata, such as file size, media duration, creation date, file type, or album information, may be used to provide sorting, filtering, and cleanup functions.
3. Location and Notifications
- Location: If location permission is requested and granted, approximate or precise location may be used for security-related context, regional compliance, fraud prevention, advertising support, or features that require location awareness.
- Notifications: If notification permission is granted, the App may send cleanup reminders, feature notices, subscription messages, security alerts, or important service communications.
- You can disable location or notification permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may become limited after permission is disabled.
4. Advertising and Tracking
The App may display advertisements. We may work with advertising partners to show ads, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, and understand ad interactions.
- On Apple devices, we may request tracking permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
- If permission is granted, the Identifier for Advertisers and related data may be used by us and advertising partners for personalized advertising and measurement.
- If permission is denied, ads may still appear, but they may be less relevant.
- You can change tracking permission in device settings at any time.
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar services to understand App usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve stability.
- App launch events, screen views, and feature usage
- Crash reports, error logs, device status, and diagnostic details
- Performance information such as loading behavior, latency, and stability indicators
6. How We Use Information
We may use information described in this policy to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AI Guard's security, cleanup, and storage management features

- Analyze usage trends, diagnose bugs, and improve performance
- Display advertisements, measure advertising effectiveness, and prevent ad fraud

AI Guard may integrate third-party SDKs or service providers for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchase validation, app infrastructure, fraud prevention, and related services. These providers may process data under their own privacy policies and legal terms.
Examples may include Firebase services, advertising networks, Apple payment infrastructure, and other technical service providers used to operate or improve the App.
8. Purchases and Subscription Status
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your bank card number or full payment credentials. We may receive limited purchase status, product identifier, transaction state, renewal status, or receipt information to provide premium features and customer support.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and remove the information where required.
11. Data Retention and Your Choices
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- You may adjust permissions for Photos, location, notifications, and tracking in your device settings.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy rights where available under applicable law.
- You may contact us if you want to ask questions about your information or privacy choices.
12. International Processing
We are based in Hong Kong, and our service providers may process information in Hong Kong or other regions where they operate. When information is processed across borders, we take reasonable steps designed to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no app, network, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will show a new effective date. Your continued use of AI Guard after the updated policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
